Column & boom (Welding Manipulators)

These welding manipulators are designed and manufactured to be used in welding application where long seam welding needs to be done and also used as a weld head locator in case of circular seam welding. Precision machined column and boom ensures smooth travel of boom, which makes it suitable for GTAW, GMAW and SAW applications. These manipulators are available in fixed column, 360o manual/motorized rotation and manual/motorized trolleys.

Counter weight used for smooth vertical travel of the boom. Liner bearings used for smooth vertical of boom also for C&B upto 3xPrecision geared motor with highly accurate rack AC motor with variable frequent drive gives steeples adjustment of speed of boom travel. Anti fall mechanism provided for C&B above 3M x 3M size Slew Bearings used for swivel of the column. Cable drag chain used for cables
